What you will find here is a selection of homemade, finely made artisan gourmet cheese. I make only a couple of blocks at a time like they did back in Medieval times. It's perfect to clean your palate when tasting that expensive (or inexpensive) wine you just bought!!
I raise my own goats without any drugs or growth hormones for a remarkable goat cheese. This being a seasonal business the best tasting goat cheese is 2-4 months old, the longer it ages the sharper it is. Our goats have kidded and I am making 2 blocks of cheese every couple of days. e-mail me to get the list of what I have made so far and the date it will be ready..
I still have some jams & jellies and goat's milk soap left from 2008 which will be on sale for 1/2 price till they are gone.
We are having a early spring so we will be planting and cultivating our herbs in the coming weeks.
